Synch problem When I plug my ipod into my computer, Itunes locks up. When I disconnect from the ipod from the port, Itunes works again but a message pops up that say "The ipod "Brad...ipod's" cannot be synched. The required folder cannot be found." I've tried everything. I've even uninstalled itunes and put back on. My wife's ipod still will synch to my itunes so I know it's a problem with my actual ipod. Are you using the same windows account / itunes as your wife? if so her ipod may be primary...if you & wife have different windows accounts....you can bring up itunes set up your very own (you will be able to add/delete all the songs you want) hope this works out for you
